Let’s start with a look at the House That Goopy Built (literally, because without Goopy’s $15,000, they’d still be living on the boring old foundation. But oh! what Anna Maria wouldn’t have given for a Sim with a backpack stuffed with furniture and paintings. The house is still, sadly, sparcely decorated and just barely fulfills their environmental needs.

Not that this is too much of a concern for either of them. Anna Maria sleeps peacefully every night beside her husband, often dreaming of a world where the weather changes… while Goopy dreams often of his beloved Jan.

He barely sees her these days because of his (and Anna Maria’s) work schedules do not permit him to invite her over for a little woo hoo.

And time passes…

Biance Rose grows from an adorable baby into a cute little girl.

She is Goopy’s pride and joy and …

… is really the only thing that keeps him from leaving this legacy for greener pastures. (as you can see, he’s moved on from Jan to Marisa Bendett. He still sees Jan, but since they are both Romance sims, neither seems to mind if the other plays the field.)

Anna Maria remains oblivious, although it could be all the time spent praying to the porcelain gods.

Yep, you guessed it…

She’s pregnant again.

She soon gives birth to another daughter, this one named Belinda Grace.

As with Bianca, Goopy proves himself to be a good father, by randomly feeding and diapering his newborn daughter (and boy does THAT come as a shock, considering he rolled up the Fear of Stinky Diapers as soon as she was born!).

At first, Bianca is jealous of her little sister, but soon learns that being the Big Sis has perks unheard of before.

Like being able to ask friends over to play after school. Here she is entertaining Chloe Gonzaga (Gonzolas, Gonza-something… sheesh! she’s been in every neighborhood I’ve ever had for the last 2 or 3 years now and I still can’t remember her name!)

In the meantime, Belinda becomes a toddler — look at those chipmunk cheeks! Awww!

Sometime after his daughter’s birthday, Goopy goes through … something … some might call it a midlife crisis.

He’s been seeing Marisa on the side, casually at his house or hers, for months now… but suddenly he doesn’t care anymore if they are seen.

I mean REALLY doesn’t care if they are seen. He’s tired of hiding who he truly is from everyone, most especially himself. Marisa does not care in th slightest, because *cough* Goopy is such a fine catch.
