Hey, this is me, Jason Larson, and I am utterly on my own. You see? My sister Jody just went and got herself engaged to some rich hot shot (who just happens to own this apartment building, but still).
Jody is my twin sister, and we’ve been together all our lives. Now that she’s gone… well, I’m not really sure what to do with myself. I feel at loose ends, all the time.
Here I am at Club Dante with Marisa Toyanaga. (You can see sis’s new guy in the background. He’s the bald one. I have no clue how she hooked up with him but I never thought she’d go for a guy with no hair!)
Marisa is cool… I guess. I don’t know if I am ready to settle down with anyone.
I just graduated from the police academy and am now walking the beat in Downtown for a living. It’s long hours and hard work. It’s hard for me to see anyone in my life right now.
Besides, there are too many babes for a single guy like to me choose from, even here in my apartment building. I have two hawt neighbors who are always asking me to join them for dinner and such, after work.
And then there is my landlady… who is sweet and likes taking care of me. She says someone has to look after me, because otherwise I’m lost.
I guess that’s because Jody is gone now. She and I are two halves of a whole and without her, without my twin, maybe I am lost.
Well Jason, that’s one way to get the rent lowered!
